SENIOR ADVERTISING MANAGER – AMAZON (Full-Service Team)

Following a period of sustained growth, an international marketplace agency is looking to hire a Senior Advertising Manager to join its Paid Media team.
Reporting into the Head of Global Media, this role is responsible for the end-to-end management and optimisation of Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple client accounts.
The business operates a remote-first model, with a collaborative office hub in Munich, and supports brands across international marketplaces. Teams are structured across Account Management, Advertising, Creative, Data, and Technical functions, enabling a highly integrated and performance-driven approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple markets
- Support and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality campaign execution
- Develop and manage media strategies and budgets aligned to client objectives
- Conduct keyword, product, and market research using Amazon data and third-party tools
- Continuously optimise campaigns (bidding, keyword strategy, scaling, efficiency improvements)
- Identify growth opportunities and provide clear, data-backed recommendations to clients
- Contribute to regular performance reporting and analysis
- Work towards defined KPIs, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly Creative, to improve conversion performance
- Monitor performance closely to ensure efficient budget allocation
Profile:
- Strong experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within Amazon Advertising
- Confident owning campaign strategy, budgets, and client communication
- Solid understanding of PPC; exposure to DSP is a plus but not required
- Experience in an agency environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, is preferred
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Structured and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is advantageous
- Exposure to Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is beneficial but not essential
- Experience across additional platforms such as Google, TikTok, or eBay is a plus
- Strong understanding of key metrics such as ROAS and TACoS
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Native-level German and fluent English are essential
