Responsibilities

• Bridge current operations with future standardized processes, identifying gaps and defining more efficient ways of working.
• Translate business needs into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones and priorities.
• Lead harmonization and transformation initiatives (incl. SAP) across Operations, Engineering, IT and Supply Chain.
• Prioritize and deliver improvement projects with measurable impact on efficiency, cost and quality.
• Ensure end‑to‑end project delivery within scope, time, budget and quality targets.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and project governance, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
• Proactively manage risks, opportunities and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Support data‑driven decision making through KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking.

You’re a great fit if you have

• Master’s/Diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Engineering or similar.
• English B2+ (German is a strong plus).
• Availability to work on‑site in Germany.
