Our client is a growing European deep-tech software company operating in the defense and aerospace space. They develop advanced AI‑based platforms that enable humans and autonomous systems (ex: drones, aircraft, ground systems) to collaborate effectively in real‑world missions.
Their product is already being used in operational environments across aviation and defense, with projects and collaborations involving organizations such as NATO, public security agencies, and international institutions. As demand continues to grow, they are now expanding their sales team and looking for a Senior Account Executive or a Sales Manager to help scale outbound sales and drive new business.
You would work closely with the CEO and existing sales team to build pipeline, close strategic deals, and contribute to shaping the sales approach as the company grows.
This role is focused on selling complex, mission‑critical software into highly regulated environments – not transactional SaaS.
