Agile Coach (Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach (German & fluent English) to support a large‑scale transformation engagement. This is a 6‑12 month contract.

What You’ll Do?

• Guide teams and leaders in applying agile principles to improve performance and continuous improvement
• Support teams in adopting and evolving ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models)
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions to improve alignment and delivery
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen decision‑making and team effectiveness
• Contribute to organization‑wide transformation and change initiatives
• Act as a pragmatic advisor, adapting agile practices to complex environments
• Promote customer focus and continuous learning across teams

What We Are Looking For?

• Fluent German and English
• Experience working as an Agile Coach with business (non‑IT) teams in large or complex organisations
• Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks, with the ability to apply them in a practical way
• Confidence working with and influencing senior leaders and executives
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working in global, fast‑paced environments with changing priorities
• Flexible coaching style, able to adapt to different team needs and contexts
• Experience supporting large‑scale or enterprise‑wide transformations
• Background in change management, organisational design, or coaching is a plus
• Relevant agile certifications (e.g. ICAgile, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Kanban) are beneficial
