Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an Agile Delivery & Scrum Master - AI trainer, where you will champion the adoption and application of agile methodologies to accelerate artificial intelligence initiatives. This is a dynamic role focused on driving excellence in agile delivery, mentoring teams in advanced Scrum practices, and leading the end-to-end prompt engineering process for AI training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile delivery processes for AI training projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
• Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
• Design, implement, and refine full cycle prompt engineering processes to support effective AI model training.
• Mentor, coach, and empower team members in agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication within the customer's team.
• Continuously improve team performance through data-driven analysis and actionable feedback loops.
• Document and communicate process insights, project updates, and key learnings to stakeholders in both written and verbal form.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise as a Scrum Master and agile delivery leader, particularly within AI or technology-driven projects.
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to tailor them to project needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and empathy in all interactions.
• Experience guiding teams through the full prompt engineering cycle for AI training.
• Ability to facilitate productive meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across distributed teams.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and adapting processes for optimal results.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Agile (CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP) or equivalent credentials.
• Background in AI/ML project delivery or prompt engineering for language models.
• Previous experience training or mentoring teams in agile and Scrum best practices.
