AIRBUS: Digital & IM Project Manager (d/m/w)

Your responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating, reporting, and responding to project issues and risks. Propose and implement adjustments as necessary
• Ensure that project activities within the various team areas of responsibility are planned, organized, performed, and executed with a minimum need for oversight
• Manage change management processes
• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams of IT and business professionals
• Plan, organize, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed budgets and quality standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and governance

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in IT / Information Systems, Project Management, and Supply Chain / Logistics
• Good knowledge of Change Management
• Initial hands‑on experience with SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Strong presentation skills
• Customer‑oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology
• Results‑oriented, self‑directed, and able to drive change in an unstructured environment
