We are working with a leading European eCommerce accelerator that helps global brands expand internationally while delivering locally. The business buys stock, manages marketplaces, and fulfils directly to consumers across multiple European markets, giving partners greater control, reach, and data-led growth.
As the organisation continues its rapid expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new partner acquisition, support early-stage growth, and act as a brand ambassador across Europe. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this is a high-impact, commercially focused role with significant autonomy.
This is a highly visible position at the heart of the growth strategy. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and converting new partnerships, shaping first impressions, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to live partner.
Working closely with senior leadership and local market teams, the role suits someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building relationships, and takes ownership of outcomes.
