We are seeking a strategic and financially astute Finance Business Partner to support our ROWA Research & Development (R&D) and Innovation functions. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, enabling innovation, and ensuring optimal resource allocation across our global innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to ROWA R&D and Innovation leadership, providing financial mentorship and strategic support.
• Influence investment decisions in innovation projects, product development, and technology platforms.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for R&D and innovation portfolios.
• Deliver insightful analysis on R&D spend, project ROI, and innovation pipeline performance.
• Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support scenario planning and risk analysis for major initiatives and long‑term strategies.
• Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Partner with project management and procurement teams to ensure cost control and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to align reporting standards and best practices.
• Communicate complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems supporting R&D and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  4+ years of dynamic finance experience, ideally with exposure to R&D or innovation functions.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the innovative lifecycle.
• Proven track record to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Salary Range

€82,700.00 - €126,125.00 EUR Annual
