Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity

for an

Analyst (m/f/d)

to join a real estate private equity investment team based in Frankfurt.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with

up to 2 years of experience

who are looking to further develop their career within a dynamic investment platform and gain exposure to transactions and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of

real estate private equity investments Build and maintain

cash flow and financial models

(e.g. DCF, scenario analyses) Conduct

market research and due diligence Prepare

investment memos and presentations

for internal stakeholders Work closely with senior team members across

acquisitions and portfolio-related topics

Your Profile: Up to

2 years of relevant experience

in real estate, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field Strong

cash flow modelling and financial analysis skills Solid understanding of

real estate investments Fluent German and English

(written and spoken) Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
