Job Description

Aufgaben:

• Experimentelle Planung und - durchführung von Anwendungstest mit funktionellenLebensmittelinhaltsstoffen wie z.B. Emulgatoren oder Aufschlagsystemen im BereichDessert.
• Eigenständige Entwicklung, Optimierung sowie Präsentation von anwendungstechnischen
Rezepturen für Dessert- und Speiseeisanwendungen, auch unter Einbeziehung vonKundenvorgaben
• Durchführen und Unterstützen von Produktpräsentationen bei z.B. Kundenworkshops undProduktschulungen.
• Erstellen und Pflege der Anwendungsrezepturen
• Beobachtung des Marktes sowie aktueller Trends, um daraus Verkaufskonzepte inAnwendungsbeispiele zu übersetzten.
• Cross-Segment Support: Abteilungsübergreifende Unterstützung im Bereich Backwaren,Dessertspeisen und bei der Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung

Experience

Ihr profil:

• Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung zum Lebensmitteltechniker, abgeschlossenes
Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie erstepraktische Erfahrungen in der Rezepturentwicklung in einem industriellen
Lebensmittelbetrieb wünschenswert
• Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit funktionellen Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffen und Rohstoffen
wie z.B. Emulgatoren, Proteinen, Fetten, Kohlenhydraten sowie Verdickungsmitteln
• Teamorientierte, strukturierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fundierte Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
