Application Technician - Anwendungstechniker / Lebensmitteltechniker (m/w/d)

Job Description

Experimentelle Planung und -durchführung von Anwendungstest mit funktionellen Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffen wie z. B. Emulgatoren oder Aufschlagsystemen im Bereich Dessert.

Eigenständige Entwicklung, Optimierung sowie Präsentation von anwendungstechnischen Rezepturen für Dessert- und Speiseeisanwendungen, auch unter Einbeziehung von Kundenvorgaben.

Durchführen und Unterstützen von Produktpräsentationen bei z. B. Kundenworkshops und Produktschulungen.

Erstellen und Pflege der Anwendungsrezepturen.

Beobachtung des Marktes sowie aktueller Trends, um daraus Verkaufskonzepte in Anwendungsbeispiele zu übersetzen.

Cross‑Segment Support: Abteilungsübergreifende Unterstützung im Bereich Backwaren, Dessertspeisen und bei der Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung.

Experience

• Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung zum Lebensmitteltechniker, Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Rezepturentwicklung in einem industriellen Lebensmittelbetrieb wünschenswert.
• Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit funktionellen Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffen und Rohstoffen wie z. B. Emulgatoren, Proteinen, Fetten, Kohlenhydraten sowie Verdickungsmitteln.
• Teamorientierte, strukturierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fundierte Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
