Area Network Planning Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role

You will take ownership of building and optimizing our last-mile network in the Munich region.

Working closely with DSPs (Delivery Service Partners) and franchise partners, you ensure performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just plan — but builds and drives the network forward.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously optimize the last-mile delivery network in your region
• Identify, onboard, and manage DSPs and franchise partners
• Ensure partner performance meets defined quality and service standards
• Monitor and steer KPIs such as delivery performance, capacity, cost efficiency, and service quality
• Identify gaps and implement targeted improvement measures
• Collaborate closely with operations, transportation, and regional leadership
• Support network expansion (new stations, routes, partners)
• Analyze volumes and regional demand to build scalable and efficient structures
• Act as key interface between HQ and local network partners

Your Profile

• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, network planning, or transportation
• Strong understanding of DSP / franchise / subcontractor models
• Hands‑on experience in building or managing delivery networks
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• High ownership and ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment
• German (fluent / business level) and English (fluent) are required
