Asset Manager – Real Estate (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager – Real Estate (m/f/d) with 3–5 years of professional experience to join a well-established real estate investment platform in Frankfurt . This role offers the opportunity to take an active part in driving asset performance and implementing value-enhancing initiatives across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset-level strategies to optimize performance and achieve investment goals
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and value creation
• Manage and coordinate leasing activities , collaborating closely with brokers and tenants
• Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers , including property managers and operational partners
• Oversee capital improvement projects and repositioning initiatives to enhance long-term asset value

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate asset management , investment management , or a related field
• Strong understanding of real estate markets , asset performance, and value creation strategies
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
• Experienced in working with external stakeholders such as brokers, property managers, and advisors
