As Assistant Creative Director, you’ll be a driving force behind our TV, social, and digital creative. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll bring storytelling, art direction, design and visual flair to everything we produce while mentoring a small team of creatives and ensuring all work meets our brand standards.
You’ll collaborate with Production, Social, Marketing and Brand to craft content that not only looks beautiful, but performs brilliantly.
This is a hands-on role for a confident creative leader with strong art direction instincts, a love of story-driven content, and the project management chops to bring big ideas to life on time and on brand.
Art Direction & Team Collaboration
Partner with the Creative Director to shape and lead the visual identity of Omaze Germany across all content channels.
Guide and inspire a creative team of designers, editors, videographers to deliver standout work.
Provide detailed art direction and feedback, ensuring high visual standards and consistency across campaigns.
Foster a collaborative, energetic creative culture that balances ambition with agility.
Content Development & Execution
Co-lead creative development for TV, digital, and social media content from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with Production, Social, Marketing and Brand teams to shape ideas into high-performing campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency and storytelling integrity across all creative touch points.
Visual Design & Communication
Provide day-to-day creative leadership across film and digital assets, maintaining aesthetic and emotional impact.
Review and approve key assets, including: TV and Radio Commercial, Social contents & Performance ads, behind the scenes films and Print and other promotion materials
Help ensure our storytelling is always on-brand, visually compelling, and locally resonant.
Project Management
Oversee multiple creative projects at once managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
Coordinate with internal production and freelance teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent output quality.
Track deadlines, monitor budgets, and flag resourcing needs as they arise.
