Associate Asset Management and Debt Advisory Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview

The Associate Asset Management and Debt Advisory professional is responsible for overseeing Business Case governance, financial model integrity, and debt advisory support across the asset portfolio. The role combines hands‑on financial oversight with team leadership and close stakeholder coordination to support asset development, optimise funding structures, and enhance recovery and exit outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare business case updates and manage related governance and approval processes
• Review financial models to ensure alignment with asset funding needs
• Review capital calls and prepare written payment recommendations
• Maintain a good understanding of asset development progress and current asset status for clean energy projects
• Work closely with Developer and Investment Management (IM) teams to align on asset strategy and next development phases, including Risk and Structuring

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in asset management, debt advisory, structured finance, or a related financial role
• Good financial modelling skills and ability to review and challenge complex models
• Solid understanding of asset development, funding structures, and capital markets
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior management, Investment Committees, or Boards
• Commercial mindset with a focus on value creation, recovery optimisation, and risk management
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
