WHAT YOULL BE DOING

You actively shape the further development of DataGuard by managing and expanding the entire customer lifecycle for our new InfoSecaaS product

You advise our customers on information security using our platform and develop information security management systems (ISMS) from scratch which you continue to support afterward

You guide our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001 or TISAX

You support our Sales and Customer Success teams in cross‑selling and up‑selling to existing customers

You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by providing valuable feedback to our product team.

THE QUALITIES YOULL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

Must :

Solid professional experience in IT and Information Security

Hands‑on experience with management systems such as ISO 9001 ISO 27001 SOC2 or TISAX

Previous experience in customer‑facing roles (consulting project management customer support etc.)

Process‑and customer‑oriented mindset

Up‑to‑date knowledge of IT and information security trends with an interest in data protection

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

Plus :

IT‑related degree or training

Experience in the SaaS or Legal Tech environment
