If yes, our 18-month Wealth Management Associate Program offers the perfect opportunity to expand your skills, gain unique experiences in Wealth Management, and accelerate your career development in a client-focused role. Parallel to hands-on training, you will receive business-specific training, but the main focus is on developing your own client base. Upon successful completion, you will be well positioned for a rewarding career at UBS Wealth Management in one of our global offices.

Responsibilities

• Build a client book from your existing network of wealthy individuals in Germany.
• Become a successful Relationship Manager through our training program and achieve (or ideally exceed) the program's financial and educational goals.
• Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Continuously expand your network through referrals and identifying new potential clients.

Your expertise

• Bachelor or Master with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding and interest in financial markets.
• Deep market knowledge in Germany and a compelling network of wealthy private individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills.
• Networker and talented relationship manager by conviction.
• Membership in a club, alumni network, or entrepreneurial activities.
• Team player who collaborates within the organization but is independent enough to plan own activities and execute the business plan.
• Fluent German and English.
