Associate Project Manager – Product & Project Delivery (m/f/d)

As Associate Project Manager – Product & Delivery, you will support the team in the successful implementation of our software products Makalu and Clipbox in demanding, large-scale international projects. In this role, you will act as the central link between product development, the project delivery team, and our customers.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the monitoring and documentation of software delivery projects in the media, IT, and entertainment sectors
• Monitoring project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality
• Project communication with customers, product teams, and other project participants
• Organizational management in collaboration with sales, product development, and the project team
• Coordinating project teams and external personnel
• Creating, updating, publishing, and filing project-related documents

Your Profile

• Completed technical/business degree or training (e.g., business informatics, media informatics, IT systems management)
• First professional experience in project management and project management certifications (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are an advantage
• Structured, communicative personality with strong comprehension skills
• Fluent English and very good written and spoken German
• Confident use of all common MS Office applications
• Knowledge of topics such as cloud-related infrastructure solutions (e.g., AWS), system integration, and software solutions in the media sector (e.g., playout) are desirable
