Associate Sales Manager (m/f/w)

To support our sales team, we are looking for a motivated Associate Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries in Railway Infrastructure Sector, especially in Signaling and Communication technology.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Work cross functionally through the various Departments.
• Support Sales and Bid Management team.
• Prepare Management and Customer presentations.
• Support Project Team with variation order.
• Implement and maintain the customer database CRM.
• Fulfilling and Maintaining Prequalification Process.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.

Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in economic engineering or similar
• Work Experience 2-3 years in sales or/and bid management or similar
• Ability to read and understand standards and requirements specifications.
• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional working in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the railway sector or similar is a plus
• Knowledge of the German Market and Tendering process is a plus
