We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Finance team in Hamburg, Köln, Eschborn, München or Nürnberg. At Rödl & Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on national and international transactions and make a significant contribution from start to finish.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accompany our clients in varied national and international transaction projects
• Evaluation of financial information in the creation of Financial Due Diligence reports, Financial Factbooks, and Vendor Due Diligence reports
• Creation of analyses as a basis for price determination and contract negotiations
• Identification and analysis of value drivers to assess entrepreneurial opportunities and risks, as well as the sustainability of business models
• Supportive coordination of interdisciplinary teams in the context of consulting projects
• Accompaniment of internal digitization and optimization initiatives to continuously improve the Transactions Toolset (e.g., Dealtools and AI)

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in economics or comparable, ideally with a focus or initial professional experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Accounting, or Auditing
• Strong interest in accounting and corporate transactions
• Strong analytical skills, enjoyment of challenging project work, and a self-dependent, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, and secure handling of MS Office
