Associate / VP – Transaction Management

Role Overview

The role focuses on transaction execution and ongoing administration, supporting the management of deals across their lifecycle.

The position is execution-heavy, with direct involvement in transaction processes, documentation and coordination across multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting transaction execution, including deal closings and post-closing processes
• Managing ongoing transaction administration and reporting
• Coordinating with lenders, borrowers, legal advisers and other counterparties
• Monitoring transaction mechanics, including cashflows and waterfalls
• Maintaining and updating transaction records and documentation
• Supporting amendments, waivers and transaction events
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and investor communications

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of relevant experience
• Background in a bank, trustee/agency provider, asset manager or law firm
• Experience in transaction management, loan administration or structured finance
• Strong attention to detail and execution focus
• Ability to manage multiple processes in parallel
• Clear and professional communication style

Language Skills

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required
• Additional European language skills are advantageous

We are currently looking for an Associate / VP – Transaction Management to support our activities across our offices in Frankfurt and London.

Employment will be with Fidostra GmbH (Frankfurt am Main) or Fidostra UK Limited (London), depending on location.
