You can look forward to:
- Independent planning and execution of audits with a focus on actuarial function and quantitative risk management at our headquarters in Hanover as well as at our international locations
- Communication of audit results (verbal and written)
- Development of practical recommendations based on audit results
- Advising the audited departments and following up on the implementation of recommendations
- Further development of audit methods and techniques
You come equipped with
- Master’s degree in (business) mathematics
- Several years of professional experience in (re-)insurance
- Good knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS 17
- Qualification as an actuary (DAV) is an advantage
- Experience in planning and conducting audits, e.g., with an auditing firm or in an internal audit department, is an advantage
- Affinity for IT and knowledge of data analysis
- Strong communication skills combined with business-fluent English
- An international mindset and willingness to travel worldwide, approx. three to five times per year for one week
