Aufgaben

• Develop cutting‑edge technology and design scalable, robust backend solutions for Kaufland Marketplaces.
• Own end-to-end feature development: design, code, test, deploy, and monitor in production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, communicating effectively to achieve common goals.
• Contribute to development processes and methodologies, exploring new tools and technologies to enhance engineering practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, high‑performance code while following best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers in pair programming sessions and foster a learning culture.

Profil

• University‑level education in (business) information technology, (business) engineering, mathematics, physics, or comparable practical experience.
• Extensive backend development experience in PHP and/or Golang, demonstrated in real‑world projects.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, microservices architecture, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Drive for continuous personal and team growth.
• Excellent communication skills, willingness to embrace company culture, and ability to work in an international, English‑speaking team.
