Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join our Latin American restaurant as a Commis, Demi Chef de Rang, or Chef de Rang. The role involves taking guest orders, capturing preferences, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Know the menu inside out and capture guest preferences.
• Provide attentive service, spotting guest needs such as additional drinks.
• Coach and mentor trainees, setting a positive example.
• Act as a host and representative with enthusiasm.
• Execute service efficiently and focus on the guest experience.
• Communicate in German and English with guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant setting, start as Commis, Demi or Chef de Rang.
• Passion for Latin American cuisine and curiosity about its flavors.
• Friendly, open, and willing to work in an international team.
• Leadership ability and motivation of teammates.
• Trend awareness.
• Strong communication in German and English.
