IHRE AUFGABEN

Sie übernehmen als verantwortlicher Bauleiter / Construction Manager (m/w/d) die Koordination sämtlicher Restbauleistungen für ein hochkomplexes Helium-Kälteanlagenprojekt im Innenbereich.
Sie richten eine schlagkräftige Baustellenorganisation ein und tragen Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele sowie die Einhaltung aller projektbezogenen Vorschriften und Gesetze.
Sie stellen die Umsetzung und laufende Überwachung des projektspezifischen HSE-Programms sicher und leiten bei Abweichungen geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
Sie koordinieren das gesamte Baustellenpersonal und führen regelmäßige Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Fortschrittsbegehungen durch.
Sie dokumentieren systematisch alle relevanten Bauabläufe, Mängel, Änderungen und Statusberichte – einschließlich Monatsberichte, HSE-Berichte und Fotodokumentationen.
Sie führen Bauleitersitzungen, betreuen Behördenbesuche und übernehmen die operative Kommunikation mit Bauherr, Projektleitung, Fremdfirmen und internen Schnittstellen.
Sie prüfen Aufmaße, Baufortschritte und eingereichte Rechnungen und unterstützen aktiv das Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagement (Change Order Management).
Sie verantworten das Baustellentagebuch und die finale Erstellung von Close-Out-Berichten sowie die Koordination von Mechanical Completion und behördlichen Abnahmen.

IHR PROFIL

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung als Construction Manager im industriellen Anlagenbau mit – idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Rohrleitungsbau, Stahlbau, Korrosionsschutz, Isolierung sowie Grundkenntnissen in EMSR-Technik.
Sie haben umfassende Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von HSE-Vorgaben, in der Qualitätssicherung und im Baucontrolling (Termin, Kosten, Leistung).
Sie sind in der Lage, mit internationalen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren und besitzen ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Behörden, Bauherrn und Subunternehmern.
Sie beherrschen Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
