Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to promote our platformâs offerings across Europe and Spanish-speaking regions, identifying high-impact local channels, partnerships, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Act as the primary liaison for regional partners, including crypto exchanges, agents, and KOLs, managing relationships, feedback, and collaborative initiatives.Partner with growth and marketing teams to design and implement campaigns that drive user acquisition, enhance conversion rates, and boost trading volume in the European and Spanish-speaking crypto markets.Expand the platformâs presence by forging strategic partnerships, securing brand collaborations, and facilitating resource exchanges to strengthen market penetration.Meet and exceed team KPIs, including growth targets for user base, trading activity, and regional brand awareness.
Job Requirements:3+ years of experience in business development within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency, with a strong grasp of European and Spanish-speaking market dynamics and crypto regulations.Fluency in Spanish and English required; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, or Portuguese) are a plus.Established network within the crypto, DeFi, or financial sectors in Europe and Spanish-speaking regions, with connections to exchanges, communities, or influencers.Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trends, terminology, and culture, with a passion for driving innovation in the space.Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules, including engagement with global crypto communities across time zones.Proficiency with platforms like Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, and LinkedIn, with insights into leveraging KOLs and community-driven content for brand growth.
