About The Job

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our ambassador strategy for Omaze Germany.

You’ll drive influencer campaigns end-to-end – from budget planning and talent selection through to shoot execution and content approvals. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll shape how Omaze shows up across German social media.

This isn’t a coordination-only role. You’ll be a true all-rounder – balancing project management, relationship building, commercial negotiation and creative judgement to deliver authentic, high-performing campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and Drive Omaze Germany’s performance-driven influencer and ambassador strategy.
• Scout, evaluate, negotiate, and manage creators aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Own campaigns end-to-end — from briefing and budgeting to execution, content approval, and reporting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and key talent.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Performance, and CRM teams to maximize impact across paid and owned channels.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and KPI tracking (traffic, conversions, revenue, ROI).
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for efficiency and scalability.
• Stay ahead of market trends and expand Omaze’s creator network in Germany.
