Job Description
- Drive Brand Strategy & Execution : Lead the development and implementation of branding strategies for assigned food brand, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity.
- Own End-to-End Brand Projects : Take full ownership of product launches, re-positioning, and strategic projects (from planning to execution) ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies) to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyze Performance & Optimize Growth : Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, conversion) and use insights to develop actionable plans for brand and business growth.
- Support Assortment & Pricing Decisions : Collaborate on defining product assortments and pricing strategies that align with overall brand goals and market needs.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights : Maintain and analyze reports, drawing actionable insights to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics or a related field, preferably with a focus on Business Administration or Marketing.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management within FMCG, retail, or pet food industries.
- Experience in collaborating with and managing external agencies.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a passion for working with numbers and large data sets.
- Solid understanding of key marketing processes and drivers in retail, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
