Brand & Visual Identity Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role

You will take ownership of how the J&T brand is built and experienced across Germany — starting from our core hub in the Frankfurt/Mainz region.

From warehouses and sorting centers to office environments and operational materials, you ensure that our brand is visible, consistent, and locally relevant.

This is not a pure design role.

This is where brand meets operations.

Your Responsibilities

Own and manage the visual identity (VI) of J&T Express in Germany in alignment with global standards
Ensure consistent application of logo, colors, typography, and design systems across all materials
Bring the brand into real operational environments
(e.g. distribution centers, hubs, signage, office spaces)
Coordinate closely with operations, procurement, and local site teams to implement branding projects
Drive execution on-site — from concept to rollout
Manage and maintain all brand assets and templates
Ensure that brand values are clearly reflected across all touchpoints
Train and support internal teams to understand and apply brand guidelines
Adapt global brand standards to fit the German market and local expectations

Your Profile

Background in brand design, visual identity, or corporate design
Experience applying design systems to physical environments (e.g. signage, spatial branding, wayfinding)
Experience working cross-functionally with operations and business teams
Ability to balance global brand consistency with local adaptation
Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented
Fluent in English and Chinese or German
