We are looking for a full-time position as of now: Business Analyst (all genders) Toll Tribe Your responsibilites: Analyze complex tolling and business processes, including integrations, ordering, provisioning, billing, and regulatory constraints Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements through workshops and stakeholder collaboration Map and maintain end-to-end business processes across customer, order, subscription, billing, and support lifecycles Create and manage BPMN models, covering current and target state processes Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across systems and teams Facilitate alignment across business, product, architecture, and engineering, ensuring clear, actionable, and well-structured documentation Your profile: Bring 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex business and technology environments, ideally within mobility, tolling, fintech, or similar domains, along with a relevant university degree Apply strong expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling (BPMN), and stakeholder facilitation Leverage your understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows to support analysis and informed decision-making Demonstrate a structured, analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive clarity Work proactively with strong ownership, effectively navigating ambiguity while aligning diverse stakeholders Fluent in English and ideally in German; additional European languages are a plus What do we offer?
