Business Analyst CRM (gn) fulltime/parttime (hybrid)

What you can expect

• You analyze, structure, and evaluate business requirements related to sales processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (including lead management, opportunity and pipeline management, and account management). You act as a central interface between sales departments and IT and support the Product Owner in translating business requirements into an implementable system logic.
• You prepare and facilitate workshops with sales stakeholders from across Europe and document the results in the form of use cases, processes, and functional specifications.
• You create and refine user stories, epics, and functional requirements as a basis for the agile development of our CRM system.
• You actively support backlog refinement by analyzing, detailing, and functionally preparing requirements.
• In close collaboration with solution architects and development teams, you ensure that business requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
• You support user acceptance testing (UAT), define test cases, conduct functional tests, and assist with the functional approval of new CRM features.
• You analyze CRM and sales data, identify optimization potential, and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
• You support operational units in the rollout of new CRM features, contribute to key user trainings, and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.

What makes you stand out

• You have successfully completed a degree with a business or IT-related focus, such as business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, or consultant, ideally in a CRM or sales environment.
• You have a solid understanding of business processes, IT systems, and agile ways of working. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage – alternatively, you have the motivation and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with existing systems.
• You work in a structured, analytical, and conceptual manner and enjoy presenting complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• You are a strong communicator, confident in moderation, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Standing still is not an option for you – you challenge the status quo and feel at home in a dynamic, agile environment.
• You have business-fluent German skills, complemented by very good English skills. Occasional travel within Europe completes your profile.
