Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clarity fordevelopment (user stories, use cases)Drive requirements analysis and functional support for internal productIntegration and at client sitesPlan and lead workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with clients andstakeholdersDevelop process flows, data models, and functional concepts to supportsolution designCollaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements andensure feasibility during implementationSupport functional validation and user acceptance testing to secure qualitydeliveryAct as a bridge between clients, product management, and technical teams Requirements Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or acomparable qualificationProfessional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in asimilar role (ideally within financial services or consulting) with at least 5 years ofprofessional experienceKnowledge of or strong interest in wealth management, investment processes(e.g. advisory) and related regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, ESG)Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern collaboration tools(e.g. Jira, Confluence)Technical affinity familiarity with SDLC, REST APIs data integration, and systemarchitectureFluent in German (B2 level or higher) and English (written and spoken)Independent, structured, and reliable working style combined with anInternational team-oriented mindset__________________We promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their cultural and social background, gender, disability, age, religion, beliefs, and sexual identity.We give priority consideration to severely disabled applicants and those of equal status in the case of equal suitability.
