About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project in the financial services domain. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and document business processes, and to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and coordinate business requirements with stakeholders Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify and refine business needs Analyze, optimize, and document business processes Conceptualize features and solutions aligned with business objectives Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear user stories Support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle Conduct and support functional testing to ensure requirements are met Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within software development projects Strong experience in requirements engineering and process management Proven ability to work in cross-functional and agile teams Experience in the financial services environment (strong advantage) Knowledge of leasing processes is a plus German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (CEFR) Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills Ability to commit to a long-term engagement

Optional / Nice to Have: Experience with JIRA and Confluence Experience or certification in SAFe Experience or certification in SOFICO Miles
