From data analysis and system setup to training and go-live support, you’ll ensure each implementation runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. ✨ Key ResponsibilitiesLead client discovery sessions to determine requirements and define business needsConfigure software systems aligned with client business processes and best practicesPerform detailed data mapping and analysis to support successful conversionsDeliver both onsite and remote support during client implementation phasesTroubleshoot, validate, and test system functionality and connectivityCommunicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively with stakeholdersTrain end users and internal teams to maximise product adoption and satisfactionMaintain accurate project records and follow quality implementation standards 💡 What You’ll Bring7+ years’ experience in financial software implementation experienceStrong client-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectationsDeep knowledge of investment bank front middle or back-office processesExperience with project methodologies and implementation life cyclesComfortable with regular travel to client sites (as needed)Familiarity with trading systems or similar financial platforms is highly desirable
