Job Description

Build a valid and relevant customer network and engage with executive-level partners.
Specialize in one of our focal areas – IT or Finance – and independently manage the respective sales territory.
Actively advise business clients on optimal staffing for high‑profile projects, always acting as a partner on their side.

Ideal Candidate

Intrinsic motivation, perseverance, enthusiasm, and passion for sales.
First sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Willingness to influence each customer project’s success.
Results‑oriented approach and a positive mindset to tackle challenges and grow.
Team spirit contributing to collective goal achievement.
Graduated degree or comparable commercial training; fluent in German and English.
