Join DAW SE as a Business Consultant* SAP EHS / PLM-Recipe Development (PLM-RD) / Plant Maintenance (PM) .

We are a leading group in paints, coatings, building protection and energy‑saving wall insulation systems with around 6,300 employees and a turnover of 1.58 billion €.

The role is offered at our headquarters in Ober‑Ramstadt or at our sites in Berlin, Enger (near Bielefeld) or Gerstungen (Thüringen). Home office/mobility is allowed up to 9 working days per month for a full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in EHS, PLM‑RD or PM, especially within SAP S/4 roll‑out projects, ensuring sustainable solution implementation.
• Active participation in sustainability projects and expansion of technical knowledge.
• Managing a highly complex system environment with customized solutions, Fiori and add‑ons, providing opportunities for personal and technical growth.
• Collaborating with process experts across Europe to translate requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Taking on project lead or stream‑lead roles: system analysis, troubleshooting and performance optimization to improve system efficiency.
• Staying current with industry trends and SAP advancements.

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 3 years of proven SAP consulting experience in similar roles, with deep knowledge of at least one of the modules EHS, PLM‑RD or PM.
• Ability to understand ABAP coding and communicate with developers on a technical level.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally and internationally; able to explain complex concepts to both non‑technical stakeholders and SAP developers.
• Experience in process design, workshop facilitation and managing external consultants and developers.
• Fluent in English; good knowledge of German.
• Travel within Europe for roll‑outs or projects will be below 20 % of the role.
