Your Mission

As our new Business Development Associate (f/m/x), you will be responsible for building pipeline and generating opportunities with fashion and retail brands – combining creativity, consistency, and drive.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact in our commercial engine, working closely with the founders and the commercial team to identify, qualify, and convert leads into meaningful conversations – and ultimately, long-term partnerships.


What You’ll Do
  • Own the outbound sales motion (LinkedIn, email, Apollo, cold calling if needed)
  • Research and identify top-fit brands in our ICP (ideal customer profile)
  • Personalize and execute outreach that gets noticed
  • Qualify leads and book intro meetings for our sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, content, and ICP insights
  • Keep our sales pipeline organized and up to date in HubSpot
  • Introduce new ideas and perspectives to help us grow

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (or a similarly entrepreneurial environment)
  • Resilient and persistent – you enjoy outreach and maintain momentum and consistency in your approach.
  • Curious, structured, and a natural communicator (written and verbal)
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required; full professional proficiency in German is a strong plus.
  • Organized with your CRM and always looking to improve
  • Bonus: experience in fashion tech, e-commerce, or retail SaaS
