We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Associate to help us grow. If you have around 3 years of experience in lead generation, pipeline building, and outbound engagement — and you love connecting with people — this is your chance to make an impact.

Job Requirements

Around 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation — ideally in tech or consulting.
Strong LinkedIn outreach and communication skills.
Confidence in building relationships and starting conversations with new contacts.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines.
A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for learning about AI and cloud technologies.
Interest in solutioning and deal strategy, with a desire to grow into more consultative sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and manage pipelines using CRM tools to track progress and forecast opportunities.
  • Attend industry events to represent Firemind, network, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and target the right audiences.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce Firemind’s solutions.
  • Support solutioning efforts by working with technical teams to shape tailored proposals.
  • Contribute to deal conversion by qualifying leads, supporting pitch preparation, and helping close opportunities.
