Business Development Coordinator - Sought After US Law Firm - Permanent

An incredibly ambitious US law firm are looking to hire a Business Development Coordinator for their Frankfurt office.

Directly supporting a Business Development Manager, this role will have heavy Partner engagement and interaction.

The firm have an exceptional reputation in the market and are leaders within Corporate, Finance, Energy, and Intellectual Property.

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing the firm’s growth objectives. You will collaborate with Partners and senior leadership to develop new business opportunities, enhance client relationships, and strengthen the firm’s market position.

Key responsibilities for the role

• Assist in the development and execution of business development and marketing plans for practice areas and attorneys
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, pitches, and proposals, ensuring timely and polished submissions
• Research industries, clients, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain and update CRM and experience databases
• Support event planning, sponsorships, and client engagement initiatives
• Track and analyze business development activities and outcomes
