Business Development Executive – German Speaker

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with fluent German (C1/C2) to grow our presence in the DACH market. This role is based in Kraków, Poland, in a hybrid setup. Relocation support is available for EU-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key decision‑makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet revenue targets
• Track pipeline activity and report on KPIs using CRM tools

Requirements

• German C1 or C2 level — written and spoken — required
• English proficiency — working level
• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in the DACH market
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
• Additional European language
