Your Responsibilities

• Help build lasting partnerships in the energy flexibility space.
• Help establish processes that facilitate the roll out of utility‑scale battery storage systems across Europe.
• Contribute to the strategic positioning of Entrix’s commercial offering in Europe.
• Support in validating and challenging business models of potential partners.
• Translate partner needs into structured proposals and offers, working closely with the technical and operations teams.
• Understand project structures, financial expectations, and regulatory contexts to shape attractive business models.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive and accountable - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.

Requirements

• Studying business administration, economics, engineering or similar (ideally Master’s level or near graduation).
• Previous project, working‑student or internship experience with the energy industry or a dynamic working environment (e.g. startup, VC, consultancy, investment bank).
• Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and partners; thrive on analysing and understanding markets thoroughly.
• Excellent communication skills that allow you to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
• Strong analytical skills; master Excel or PowerPoint like a pro.
• Proficient in English and German (C1+).

• Understanding of the German energy landscape, including renewables, grid‑scale storage, or power trading.
• Excels in an entrepreneurial environment where building processes, relationships, and value go hand in hand.

• Prefer roles with limited customer and cross‑team interactions.
• Not comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving regulatory and technical landscape.
• Not interested in the energy landscape.
