Pearson Carter is currently working with a leading Microsoft Partner in the UK who are looking to bring in a Sales Specialist focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This is a solution‑led sales role where you will drive growth by understanding customer challenges, shaping Microsoft Business Application solutions, and working closely with presales and delivery teams to close high‑value deals.

Responsibilities

Lead consultative, discovery‑led sales conversations with customers
Design and position end‑to‑end D365 and Power Platform solutions
Own the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid‑market and enterprise clients
Develop proposals, business cases, and presentations for stakeholders
Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams on complex deals
Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Applications
Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap, market trends, and competitors

Experience

Proven experience selling Microsoft Business Applications (D365, Power Platform, Business Central, CE/CRM)
Strong background in consultative / solution‑led sales
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
Track record of managing pipeline and closing deals
Experience working alongside technical and delivery teams
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
