Sonovision Deutschland is currently looking for a Business Development Manager- aeronautical Tooling & GSE(m/f/d) to strengthen our presence with key aerospace.

Your main responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and operational challenges directly on the shopfloor .
- Develop solutions for production tooling and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) .
- Prepare ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) cost estimates for new or modified tooling solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal Engineering, Product Development teams, and external partners to define tailored customer solutions.
- Initiate and lead technical discussions, client presentations, and product demonstrations .
- Support quotation preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations .
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers .
A little about you :
- University Degree and / or significant experience in sales, preferably within an Aeronautic/Defense environment on the tooling or GSE environment.
- Solid understanding of production processes, shopfloor workflows and aerospace-specific operational requirements.
- Ability to understand tooling concepts , 3D model and technical drawings.
- Fluent German and Business English communication skills
