About the Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our enterprise customer base.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in‑depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

About You

  • 2-3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in tech.
  • Fluent German speaking and writing (Native Speaker level).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and decision‑makers.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with global communications solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in Enterprise Sales a plus.
