We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (German-English) to join a dynamic team in Kraków, Poland (hybrid setup) , working with innovative, cloud-based technology solutions and engaging with clients across diverse industries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities while managing existing accounts
• Lead customer conversations, handle objections, and confidently close deals
• Manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve business and technology problems
• Stay up to date with trends in the tech and cloud solutions space

What we’re looking for:

• German (B2+/C1) & English (B2+) proficiency
• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in prospecting, account development, and closing deals
• Interest or basic understanding of cloud-based technologies
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
