Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and continuously enhance data‑driven CRM campaigns in collaboration with IT and country teams.
• Build and manage automated and ad‑hoc campaigns across channels such as email, app push, and more.
• Act as an innovation driver for other markets by introducing new campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating insights into actionable optimization strategies focused on segmentation and personalization.
• Leverage and maintain data across multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and supporting the evolution of technical infrastructures.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives and refine communication strategies based on results.
• Create, update and disseminate documentation of results, workflows, processes, and best practices across Metro countries.
• Advocate for a data‑driven culture by promoting performance‑based optimization.
• Foster a CRM community across countries, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo); experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plus.
• Basic HTML skills for template creation are an advantage.
• Strong communicator with a passion for networking and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Hands‑on experience planning multi‑market or country‑level communication journeys.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
