C&A is seeking an experienced, data driven, and highly customer focused Allocation Expert to join the Business Process Management team to support our Fit for Future (F4F) Program. The mission of the F4F program is to modernize C&A’s processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that, upon completion, C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business that allows C&A to scale and offer great availability of products and value for money for customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as domain expert/Functional Lead for Allocation and Replenishment. Ensure the program is aligned with the business needs. Consider end-to-end processes (between functions). Lead SMEs for function/business area, manage projects, ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide input for business requirements/to-be processes. Sign off on to-be processes for function/business. Contribute to / review key design decisions. Review & sign off on UAT scenarios for completeness. Coordinate UAT participants and ensure SMEs complete UAT. Complete Integration testing, enlisting help of SMEs if needed.
- Champion and implement the change within their teams. Ensure training and communication for their teams takes place. Ensure the successful adoption of the product and processes in scope across their function. Ensure legacy solutions/processes are no longer used.
- Promote industry best practice and thrive for operational excellence. Take responsibility and drive the development of advanced processes and their supporting systems to gain competitive advantage.
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, project managers and senior staff members to ensure the delivery of change process or system implementation in time cost and quality.
What You Bring
- Expertise in allocation and replenishment methods and processes. Knowledge of best practices for optimizing availability in stores and DCs.
- Advanced analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative way.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and products simultaneously. Willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Excellent business judgment and good instinct.
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Allocation.
- Experience in Omnichannel Fashion business.
