Checkturio is building the European category leader in AI-powered fleet inspection and maintenance management for logistics and transport operators.
Checkturio helps fleet owners digitize inspections, detect damage using computer vision, and reduce downtime across thousands of trucks and trailers. We’re a Berlin-based B2B SaaS startup with a live AI product, paying customers, and strategic backing — now entering a critical growth and fundraising phase.
You will work directly with the CEO as a true right hand.
Your mission is simple: Keep the business moving forward operationally while the CEO focuses on key priorities (strategy, fundraising, and key customers).
You’ll touch growth, marketing, sales ops, business development, and fundraising — with real ownership, real accountability, and a steep learning curve.

Drive and execute LinkedIn content, marketing & growth initiatives.
Experiment with growth ideas — test, measure, iterate.
Own CRM hygiene and sales ops in HubSpot.
Track pipeline, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.
Prepare materials for customer meetings, pilots, and events.
Pitch in front of customers and win them over. Reiterate.
Support prospect research and key account targeting.
Help prepare and follow up on customer meetings.
Analyze markets, competitors, and customer use cases.
Act as a force multiplier for commercial execution.
Structure operational topics so they don’t slow the company down.
Build Excel models, presentations, and dashboards.
Take ownership of recurring operational tasks — and improve them.
Support ad‑hoc analyses and investor presentations when needed.
You are highly ambitious, structured, and proactive.
First experience in B2B SaaS, fast‑growing startups, or strategy consulting.
Very strong analytical & structuring skills (Excel, PowerPoint, logic).
Comfortable executing hands‑on, not just thinking.
Fast learner, curious, and not afraid of complexity.
Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told.
Experience with HubSpot and/or Canva.
Interest in growth hacking, marketing, or sales.
German or Polish language skills.
Curiosity for logistics, transport, or industrial tech.
Exposure to fundraising, VC, or startups.
Minimum 6‑month commitment, starting immediately or in 2026 Q1.
Comfortable in a fast‑moving, demanding environment.
If you perform, this role can evolve. If you don’t, you’ll still learn more in 6 months than most do in 2 years.
