Channel Manager – Europe

Overview

Manage and develop distributor relationships across assigned territory. Maintain close contact with key luminaries to promote latest OSRAM products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and partner with high-potential channel partners aligned with strategic market objectives
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish and expand channel partner networks
• Conduct regular partner business reviews to identify improvement areas and develop action plans to drive partner success
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and marketing collateral, tools, and programs tailored to partner needs
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential risks for the channel partner program

What we expect

• 5+ years of sales or key account management experience
• Strong understanding of lighting technology or electrical systems
• Fluently in Englishand German(spoken and written), other languages are advantage
• Strong direct sales and relationship-building capability
• Specializing in close collaboration with end customers, retailers, OEMs, distributors
• Proven success managing large, complex enterprise customers
