Pharmacy Channel Director Role Overview

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as Pharmacy Channel Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to accelerate our pharmacy channel strategy within Germany.

This position reports to the Senior Sales Director and is based in Neuss. As Pharmacy Channel Director, your primary responsibility will be to deliver superior market growth for key brands and customers through effective customer partnerships and go-to-market strategies.

You will lead development and delivery of channel brand activation in line with portfolio prioritization and go-to-market agendas. Additionally, you will engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across the organization including EMEA leadership as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focused on winning more consumers by setting & executing pharmacy channel vision & strategy (bricks & mortar) for Germany in short-term goals along with optimizing customer segmentation, right store placement etc.  for spike/focus brands via better Go Market Agenda execution which includes optimized shop layout & RGM technologies implementations amongst others
